Al Ain Zoo

Heather and Cory came over for the Eid holiday.  We tried to go into Oman, but Cory's residency visa isn't in his passport yet, so we couldn't leave the country.  Instead, we headed to the zoo. 

We had a great day.  Weather was beautiful, but hotter than it has been for the last week or two.  The zoo has so many different exhibits....a nocturnal house, bird house, reptile, apes, big cats, etc.  Most of my pictures of animals in the cages or in glass enclosures didn't come out very well, so I am not posting those.  You can tell that we really liked the giraffe and rhino exhibit with the mountains in the background.  It truly looked as if you were in the wild.
